The way the staff who handle my reservation.
The way the staff who handle my reservation..I guess his name is bishu..even I book early I need to wait long time more than 20 mins..to get my key.if it's in my hand I give them 1.5 only..and we can't able to sleep until 3 am ..coz of noise outside my room and the club music I can hear until my room..how can they give room such a kind where music and beats come until guest room..I don't recommend this hotel for stay anyone ...very dispointned

Honestly before I have stayed there and I liked everything...
Honestly before I have stayed there and I liked everything was fine this a reason I booked second time to stay there again but now it’s not like before I feel really uncomfortable
Room was unclean smell is really bad :(it was smoking room only one towel for two person in bathroom.staff is quite rude and noisy as well I’m not thinking about rebook again

Because the pictures misrepresented the place I was disappointed.
The pictures completely misrepresented the place. It’s really aged and the bathrooms were mouldy I asked to change rooms twice. Once the bed cover had stains and had obviously not been changed from previous occupant. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired

What was the highlight of Delmon Palace Hotel
Not a happy visit due to disappointing hotel when there are so many great bargin hotels in Dubai.
Hotel is tired and bathroom needs complete renovation. Mould, on tiles and grout, dirt and grime on all surfaces from neglect, silicone patch-up around basin and walls looks terrible.
Cleaners are not to blame as they are under pressure to prepare rooms for rapid turn-over of guests, and just have time to do the basics.
